What we do in restoring balance is simply realizing that the victims and the perpetrator(s) created the situation for learning and not to judge them, but to help them see how their actions affect not just them, but all of us. Thus we need to help heal them, physically, emotionally and spiritually through love. We can all learn to be spiritual healers and make use of light and sound and magnetic fields as a way to restore balance.
