Yes. All top-ups valuing JA$1250 or more done via Digicel Online Top-Up during the
promotional period will qualify to receive the 100% bonus credit.
10. If I top up using any other top up methods for e.g. a regular flex card, DirectFlex or BankFlex will I
still benefit from the bonus credit
No. Only prepaid customers who top up using the Digicel Online Top up service provided by
Digicel will benefit.
11. If I top up using WebFlex will I qualify for the 100% bonus credit
No. Top ups done using WebFlex during the promotional period do not qualify to receive the
100% bonus.
WebFlex users who register for Digicel Online Top-Up and use the service to add credit during
the promotional period will receive the 100% bonus credit.
12. Is there a limit to the number of top ups that can be done during the promotional period
No. However your use of the Digicel Online Top-Up service will be monitored by Ezetop’s fraud
management tool.
If top ups being done do not raise any red flags, then you will be permitted to top up as many
times as you wish.
