As you will notice by the contents of this newsletter the start of 2011
has been very hectic for Flex Trim A/S. The order flow has been fantastic
at the end of 2010 and based on the first weeks of 2011 it seems
to continue. Furthermore we are proud to inform you that we have
appointed a new employee. For the American market Flex Trim US
has started a new cooperation with a new partner. We have bought a
new machine for our production, so all in all a very exiting start of the
year 2011. Enjoy reading.☺
New technician appointed at Flex Trim GmbH in Germany
Fantastic start of 2011 for
Flex Trim
From the 1 st January 2011 Timo Heile, has joined the Flex Trim team.
We have appointed Timo Heile as of 1st of January as sales technician
for the German market. Timo was a product manager at Heeseman,
mainly responsible for their brush sanding machines. Based on
the experience he has gained from Heesemann, Timo will be able to
give our customers a great support from day 1. We are sure that
Timo’s experience and know-how about Flex Trim’s products will be
of great help for our customers and a big improvement of the Flex
Trim Team.
Flex Trim US joins partnership with Primex Abrasives
We are very proud to announce that we have joined a partnership with
the company Primex Abrasives, effective from January 1st 2011. We
have joined this partnership to create a significant expansion of our
business activities on the U.S. market. The US market has grown
significantly in 2010 and to meet this development we will expand
our organisation in cooperation with Primex Abrasives enabling us to
grant an even better service to our customers and partners in USA.

In other words we will strengthen our company technically, administratively
and in terms of sales.
We consider this strategic move as a consolidation of our company in
Northern America and we look forward to supporting Adam based on
a stronger and better sales organisation.
New machine in the production
The strategic steps which we have taken are expected to result in an
increase of sales and in order to be able to meet this we have once
again invested in a new machine for our production. This time we
have bought a new cutting device. This new machine will enable us to
gain a more consistent cut of the strips, an increase in efficiency and a
higher capacity in the cutting process. The new machine will be put
into service end of January 2011.

Good growth rates in 2010

Precisely as predicted by the economists the financial crisis declined
in 2010. Our customers report that their order books are fully booked
a substantial part of 2011.
This tendency can be reflected on the order books of Flex Trim. Actually
we experienced a growth of 12% in the 2nd half of 2010 compared
to the 2nd half of 2009, which of course is very satisfactory.

No risk program
Flex Trim A/S has launched a new NO RISK PROGRAM with great
success. The idea of this programme is that Flex Trim A/S examines
the tasks that our customer has and offers a guarantee for a better and
cheaper solution where Flex Trim A/S takes over the risk both financially
and in terms of quality. A lot of our customers have accepted
this offer. If you are interested in hearing more about the NO RISK
programme you are more than welcome to contact us.
