Dr Snežana RUTEŠIĆ, docent, rođena je 28. decembra 1963. godine u
Nikšiću, od oca Milorada i majke Milje, rođene Raičević. Osnovnu školu i
gimnaziju završila je u Titogradu 1982. godine. Diplomirala je 1988.
godine na Građevinskom fakultetu Univerziteta Crne Gore, na
konstruktivnom smjeru, a magistrirala je 1997. godine na Građevinskom
fakultetu Univerziteta u Beogradu, na Odsjeku tehnologija i organizacija
izvođenja radova u građevinarstvu. Doktorirala je 2005. godine, na
Građevinskom fakultetu Univerziteta Crne Gore iz naučne oblasti
Menadžment i tehnologija građenja.
Od početka školske 1988/89. godine radi na Građevinskom fakultetu Univerziteta Crne Gore,
u Podgorici, najprije kao asistent pripravnik, a od januara 1996. godine kao saradnik na istom
fakultetu na predmetima Organizacija građenja i građevinska mehanizacija, Organizacija i
tehnologija građevinskih radova i Organizacija građenja. Izabrana je u zvanje asistenta 1998.
godine na predmetima Organizacija i tehnologija građevinskih radova, Organizacija građenja i
Upravljanje projektima. U zvanje docenta izabrana je 2006. godine na predmetima iz oblasti
organizacija i tehnologija građenja i upravljanje projektima. Od tada izvodi nastavu i na
predmetima Građevinska regulativa, Primjena računara u upravljanju projektima,
Građevinsko ugovorno pravo i Informacioni sistemi u građevinarstvu.
Angažovana je kao nastavnik na studijskom programu osnovnih studija Građevinarstvo,
primjenjenih osnovnih studija Menadžment u građevinarstvu i magistarskih studija
Građevinarstva, gdje je i nastavni mentor na smjeru Menadžment i tehnologija građenja.
Učestvovala je u praćenju i kontroli izrade oko 200 diplomskih radova, od čega u svojstvu
mentora više od dvadeset puta. Takođe je oko 200 puta bila član komisije za odbranu
diplomskog rada. Mentor je jednog magistarskog rada, a bila je član komisije za ocjenu teme,
pregled magistarskog rada ili odbranu rada desetak puta. Od 2001. godine je šef Centra za
obradu projekata, koji radi kao organizaciona jedinica Građevinskog fakulteta u Podgorici, a
od 2010. godine je prodekan za finansije i član Strukovnog vijeća tehničkih i prirodnih nauka
Univerziteta Crne Gore.
Oblast naučnog interesovanja je upravljanje projektima, sa posebnim naglaskom na aspekte
upravljanja kvalitetom i informacione sisteme, što su i bile teme njene magistarske teze i
doktorske disertacije. U ovoj oblasti objavila je radove u dvije monografije i pet radova u
međunarodnim i domaćim časopisima. Učestvovala je sa 12 radova na više međunarodnih i
domaćih konferencija.
U stručnoj oblasti, angažovana je na izradi projekata organizacije i tehnologije građenja,
izradi investicionih studija, studija izvodljivosti i tehnoekonomskih elaborata i analiza,
pružanju konsultantskih usluga u oblasti primjene FIDIC uslova ugovora. Osim toga, bila je
arbitar u nekoliko ugovora sa domaćim i međunarodnim učesnicima i više puta član komisija
za tehničku kontrolu i reviziju projektne dokumentacije i komisija za tehnički pregled
objekata.
Član je Inženjerske komore Crne Gore i član Nadzornog odbora iste.
Udata je, ima muža Radovana, sinove Petra i Vuka i kćerku Anastasiju.
Snežana RUTEŠIĆ, PhD, Assistant professor, was born on 28th December 1963 in Nikšić.
Her father’s name is Milorad and mother’s name is Milja, maiden name Raičević. She

completed Elementary and High school in Titograd in 1982. She graduated in 1988 from the
Faculty of Civil Engineering, University of Montenegro, Department of Structural
Engineering, and obtained master’s degree in 1997 at the Faculty of Civil Engineering,
University of Belgrade, at the Department of Technology and organization of work execution
in civil engineering. She obtained PhD degree in 2005 at the Faculty of Civil Engineering,
University of Montenegro, in the scientific field of Construction Management and
Technology.
Since the beginning of the academic 1988/89 he works at the Faculty of Civil Engineering,
University of Montenegro, in Podgorica, first as a probationary assistant, and since January
1996 as an Assistant lecturer at the same Faculty for courses Construction management and
Construction machinery, Construction management and technology and Construction
management. She is elected to the position of assistant in 1998 for courses Construction
management and technology, Construction Management and Project Management. She
became the Assistant professor in 2006 for courses related to Construction management and
technology and Project management. Since then she teaches also the courses of Building
Regulations, Application of computers in project management, Civil engineering contract law
and Information systems in construction.
She is engaged as a teacher in a study program of undergraduate Civil engineering studies,
applied undergraduate studies in Construction management and master’s studies of Civil
Engineering, where she is a teaching mentor at the Department of Construction Management
and Technology. She participated in the monitoring and control of production of about 200
graduation theses, as a mentor for more than twenty times. She was, also, a member of the
commissions for theses defense for about 200 times. She’s a mentor of a master’s thesis, and
was a member of the Commission for estimation of topics, review of master’s thesis or
defense of theses for dozen times. Since 2001 she is a chief of the Center for projects
processing, which works as an organizational unit of the Faculty of Civil Engineering in
Podgorica, and since 2010 she’s a vice Dean for Finance and a member of the professional
Council of Technical and Natural Sciences of University of Montenegro.
Her area of scientific interest is project management, with special emphasis on aspects of
quality management and information systems, which were the issues of her master’s thesis
and PhD dissertation. In this area, she published the studies in two monographs and five
papers in international and national journals. She participated with 12 papers in several
international and national conferences.
In the professional field, she was engaged in design of construction management and
technology, preparation of investment studies, feasibility studies and techno-economic studies
and analyses, providing consultancy services in the field of application of International
Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) conditions of contracts. In addition, she was an
arbitrator in several contracts with local and international participants, and for several times a
member of the committees for technical review and revision of project documents and the
commissions for technical inspection of facilities.
She’s a member of the Montenegrin Chamber of Engineers and the member of Supervisory
Board of the same.
She is married, she has a husband Radovan, sons Petar and Vuk, and a daughter Anastasija.
