Chapter 1. Internal Key Informant Interviews<br />

A. Introduction<br />

Objectives<br />

The objectives <strong>of</strong> the Key Informant Interviews were to gather information and insight as well as any<br />

questions and/or concerns about the proposed programs among internal faculty and staff at Fanshawe<br />

College. Broadly, these key interviews also helped to inform the development <strong>of</strong> subsequent stages <strong>of</strong><br />

the research program.<br />

Methodology<br />

A total <strong>of</strong> 18 interviews were conducted. The list <strong>of</strong> interviewees is provided at the end <strong>of</strong> Chapter 1.<br />

The majority <strong>of</strong> the interviews were conducted between March 15 th and March 28 th , with the exception<br />

<strong>of</strong> one interview conducted on April 26 th , 2011. Interviews were approximately 30 to 50 minutes in<br />

length.<br />

theme, are the recurring opinions that were expressed along with representative quotes.<br />
