Annual General Meeting 2013 Documents Proposal to Item 1 of the Agenda The auditor’s report on the 2012 financial statements presented by the Board of Directors Our shareholders are requested to note that the Auditor’s Reports form integral parts of the Annual Report and Consolidated Annual Report for 2012 of MOL Plc. and the information set out in these reports should be considered in conjunction with the financial statements indicated in said reports (Balance-sheet and Profit and Loss Statement) and with the supplementary notes, not present in the General Meeting materials. For a better understanding of MOL Plc.’s and MOL Group’s consolidated financial position as of 31 December 2012 and the results of its operations for the year then ended, the accompanying balance sheets and statements of operations should be read in conjunction with the supplement (notes) to the financial statements. 44/94
