Account Segment 1 - 14 Enter one parameter for each account segment of the account number. The number of account segments will vary based upon the number of segments in the account structure. May be a single value, mask, range, value list or segment list. Note: For parameters that allow a single value, mask, range, value list or segment list syntax examples are listed below. (For more information refer to Using Value Lists in a GXL Formula and Using Segment Lists in a GXL Formula.) Single Value 8000 Retrieves value 8000. Mask (wildcard) * -or- _ Retrieves all values. Mask (wildcard) 85** -or- 85__ Retrieves values starting with 85. Range 8000.8599 Retrieves values 8000 thru 8599. Value List (single values) [8000,8250,8370] Retrieves values 8000, 8250 and 8370. Value List (range and single value) [8000.8599,8750] Retrieves values 8000 thru 8599, and 8750. Value List (range and exclude [8000.8599,/8375] Retrieves values 8000 thru 8599, excluding value) 8375. Segment List ^CASH Retrieves all values in CASH segment list. Formula Example - Version 6+ - Using Single Values: =GXL("JRH","JRH-E ACT","0","2001","PER","4","50","000","15130") Retrieves the monetary activity for period 4 of 2001 for a single account string.
