How does it work
The system comprises three elements:
A small "black box" + GPS receiver installed in the car.
A base (information collector) to work as network access point.
It will work as a wireless/GSM device located at traffic light junction's
or/and even better located at fuel dispensers.
A database network that will be able to collect analyze and take
different actions.

GVTMS works as follow:
Once installed in every car (similar to the black box in an aero plane), it
collects GPS information and record it.
Every time the car stops at an intersection or refuels, the device uploads
the information to a database or main network.
Once this process is concluded, the internal memory can be deleted.
The data is then analyzed and scanned for predefined patterns of driving
behavior, or proximity in time and position to known traffic accidents and
other irregular events.
