Level 1 Qualifying Training Program<br />
Personality Dimensions is based on leading-edge research in human<br />
motivation and behaviour and explains the behaviour and<br />
temperament of different personalities. Personality Dimensions tool<br />
is presented in fun, lively and interactive workshops, this tool makes<br />
learning memorable and easy to apply. The certification program is<br />
experiential in nature and 3 days in length.<br />
Personality Dimensions facilitators use this versatile tool for:<br />
• Understanding strengths and weaknesses<br />
• Realizing similarities and differences<br />
• Discovering learning traits<br />
• Exploring leadership styles<br />
• Enhancing interpersonal relationships<br />
• Team building<br />
• Clarifying career choices and career satisfaction<br />
Earning the Certification:<br />
• Participate in all workshop activities<br />
• Complete written exam with minimum passing grade of 80%<br />
• Full attendence<br />

PERSONALITY DIMENSIONS<br />
LEVEL 1 QUALIFYING TRAINING PROGRAM 3 DAYS COURSE OUTLINE<br />
Day 1 – Awareness Workshop<br />
• During the morning participants experience the Personality Dimension Awareness Workshop<br />
and through it learn the content and delivery of the training material.<br />
• The afternoon is dedicated to reviewing and practicing the application of PD to embracing<br />
diversity, examining the impact of groups with different personalities and understanding how<br />
to tying it all together.<br />
• Time is also spent experiencing the effects of stepping beyond the levels of comfort in our<br />
interactions with others.<br />
Day 2 – Theory and Facilitation<br />
• The fundamentals of temperament theory, ethical use to the model and principles of adult<br />
learning are reviewed during the morning of day two.<br />
• With the practice of day one and the fundamentals learned this day participant’s review how<br />
to customize workshops, facilitate diverse groups with different learning styles and create a<br />
workshop.<br />
• Part of the afternoon is dedicated to the exam review.<br />
Day 3 – Open Book Exam & Designing a Workshop<br />
• The open book exam takes place in the morning of day 3 and is two hours long.<br />
• In the afternoon participants work in groups to facilitate a PD workshop with peer’s feedback<br />
and review resources available to them as qualified Level 1 facilitators.<br />
• Completion of the steps for certification brings the training program to an end.<br />
EARNING THE CERTIFICATION<br />
Participants must complete the following requirements to be awarded a certificate:<br />
• Attend every day from start to finish<br />
• Participate in all workshop activities<br />
• Complete a written exam with a minimum passing grade of 80%<br />
