1.1. REGULAR PROCEDURE – APPLICATIONS ACCEPTED FROM 12 TO 8 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE NETWORK TT ENFORCEMENT
Who issues the order
An Applicant, registered with a competent authority prior to the application submission.
TRAIN PATH
REQUEST
(ORDER)
The following three ways are enforced for requesting (ordering) a train path:

Electronic form, via web application "Train path ordering",
Path Coordination System (PCS) – completion of a form in PCS tool,
Hard copy – completion of a written form, published in the Network Statement.
When From twelve to eight months prior to the Network Statement enforcement (X – 12 to X – 8).

All activities and processes are registered in the database of the Agency.

The Agency shall send the confirmation on admission of the request to the Applicant within 5 (five) days.
The Agency shall process only complete applications. If the Applicant submits an incomplete or
incomprehensible application, the Agency within 5 (five) working days after the receipt of the application
contacts the Applicant, asking it to complete the form, otherwise the application shall not be processed.

international freight traffic.
Traffic center of the Manager.
The Manager shall process only complete applications.
The train paths are not adjusted to special requirements of the Applicants, but the available capacity is
allocated. The Applicant can choose the best option among available paths.
The Manager accepting the order for distribution of the allocated path.
