<strong><strong>DENNIS</strong>crip</strong>: Direct Purchase Instructions for Schools<br />
1. <strong><strong>DENNIS</strong>crip</strong> is available in $10 and $20 certificates and is purchased in sealed packages of 100 certificates.<br />
The minimum purchase is one package; we regret that we cannot sell partial packages. Certificates carry no<br />
expiration date.<br />
2. <strong><strong>DENNIS</strong>crip</strong> is redeemable for merchandise only. Maximum change is $5 on in-store and on-campus<br />
transactions. (Sorry, we cannot make change on mail <strong>order</strong>s.) Only <strong><strong>DENNIS</strong>crip</strong> with a barcode can be<br />
redeemed online or by phone. <strong><strong>DENNIS</strong>crip</strong> cannot be used for payment on bulk <strong>order</strong>s or Accounts Receivable.<br />
3. Schools <strong>order</strong> <strong><strong>DENNIS</strong>crip</strong> at 6% less their actual value. Schools that have signed a 5-year Exclusive<br />
<strong>DENNIS</strong> Agreement <strong>order</strong> scrip at 8% less their actual value.<br />
4. <strong><strong>DENNIS</strong>crip</strong> is shipped UPS Second Day Air, generally on the day the <strong>order</strong> is received.<br />
Shipping and handling charges:<br />
$10 shipping and handling fee is added to each <strong>order</strong>.<br />
EXCEPTION: Oregon and Washington schools ship UPS ground at a $4 shipping and handling fee.<br />
For Overnight Delivery, please add $25 for shipping and handling.<br />
5. <strong><strong>DENNIS</strong>crip</strong> must be paid in advance. <strong>DENNIS</strong> Uni<strong>form</strong> accepts checks or money <strong>order</strong>s from schools.<br />
We cannot accept credit card <strong>order</strong>s.<br />
6. Please <strong>order</strong> <strong><strong>DENNIS</strong>crip</strong> using the <strong><strong>DENNIS</strong>crip</strong> Order <strong>form</strong> attached to these instructions. Please allow at<br />
least two weeks in advance of school selling dates to guarantee timely delivery.<br />
7. All <strong><strong>DENNIS</strong>crip</strong> sales are final. Unsold <strong><strong>DENNIS</strong>crip</strong> cannot be returned for a refund.<br />
