DISPOSAL OF LMC GREF PERSONNEL ON DISCHAGE FROM HOSPITAL<br />

Officers<br />

01. Officers I, II & III To be discharged back to parent unit.<br />

IV (Four)<br />

Officers placed in Category IV will not be invalided<br />

out from GREF service for disability acquired<br />

during his/her service. The Officer who has<br />

acquired disability and is not found suitable for the<br />

post he/she was holding, should be shifted to some<br />

alternate post with the same pay scale & service<br />

benefits. In case it is not possible to adjust him/her<br />

against any post, he/she may be kept on<br />

supernumerary post until a suitable post is available<br />

or he/she attains the age of superannuation,<br />

whichever is earlier. (Auth : Govt of India, Min of<br />
