8. The benefit of special increment granted for sterilisation operation should be allowed
from the first of the month following the date of sterilisation. Govt of India have also decided on
implementation of Fourth Pay Commission recommendation, that the rate of personal pay in
respect of those Govt employees, who have already in receipt of personal pay prior to 1-1-1986
will be an amount equivalent to the lowest rate of increment in the revised scale corresponding
to the pay scale of the post against which the individual had earned the personal pay in the
prerevised scale of pay wef 01 Jan 1986 the date of implementation of CCS (RP) Rules, 1986.
