Presentation :<br />

LGEM, at the National Engineering School of Sfax-Tunisia, was created in 2003. The<br />

LGEM is multidisciplinary in its research activity and has expertise in Enzyme<br />

Engineering, in Microbiology and Gen<strong>et</strong>ic Engineering.<br />

The personal comprises 36 researchers of which 13 are teacher-researchers at<br />

various Tunisian higher institutions.<br />
