GSM interfaces<br />

INNOVATION IS ALSO THE POSSIBILITY OF COMMUNICATING MORE COST-EFFECTIVELY.<br />

“Domus Cell” GSM connect an analogue or traditional analogue line of a PABX<br />

with the mobile GSM network, thus generating mobile-to-mobile traffic (instead of land<br />

line-to-mobile) which allows to save on telephone costs by exploiting better fees.<br />

The device is also useful as back-up emergency line. “Domus Cell FX” and “Domus Cell basic”<br />

can be used to communicate in ease using a table-top telephone also where no land line<br />

is available as long as an adequate GSM mobile network coverage is ensured.<br />

The “Basic” model is ready for managing voice communications while the “FX” model offers<br />

additional services, such as:<br />

- data transmission, SMS and fax from PC via RS232 serial port<br />

- Internet navigation (GPRS class 10, MS class B)<br />

- connection to Fax Group 3 (G3) and ITU-T T.4 and T.30 (ask GSM provider is service<br />

is available) and modem for analogue line with speed of up to 33.6 Kbps (V.34).<br />

A SIM card (3V and 1.8V) for mobile communication like the one used in a normal<br />

GSM telephone is required for operation.<br />

4201/2** “Domus Cell Fx” GSM interface<br />

The device allows to connect a telephone (BCA) or analogue dial line of a PABX<br />

to the GSM/GPRS mobile network. It provides caller’s ID and is compatible<br />

with all <strong>Urmet</strong> Domus Agorà PABX switchboards and any BCA telephone.<br />

Services in addition to voice include: data transmission, SMS and fax from PC<br />

via RS232 serial port, Internet (GPRS class 10, MS class B), Group 3 fax<br />

connection and management (the service must be made available by the GSM<br />

network provider).<br />

Power: 230Vac with adapter.<br />

Installation: wall mounted.<br />

Dimensions: 125 (W) x 183 (H) x 42 (D) mm.<br />

4203/1 “Domus Cell Basic” GSM interface<br />

The device allows to connect a telephone (BCA) or analogue dial line of a PABX to<br />

the GSM mobile network (900 and 1800). It provides caller’s ID and is compatible<br />

with all <strong>Urmet</strong> Domus Agorà PABX switchboards and any BCA telephone. Its<br />

small size and separate antenna ensure maximum installation flexibility.<br />

Connection to PC via USB v.1.1 port.<br />

Power: 230Vac with adapter.<br />

Installation: wall mounted.<br />

Dimensions: 60 (W) x 93 (H) x 27 (D) mm.<br />
