General Delivery<br />

Delivery will occur after receipt of fully specified <strong>and</strong> complete order on st<strong>and</strong>ard items.<br />

Please see the Steelcase List on the <strong>PolyVision</strong> dealer website for current product lead<br />

times.<br />

Shipping<br />

In the absence of specific shipping dates <strong>and</strong> instructions, <strong>PolyVision</strong> will ship by most<br />

direct route at our convenience. Shipping weights, when shown in catalog <strong>and</strong> price list,<br />

are given as accurately as possible, but are not guaranteed. Normal variations, either up<br />

or down, may occur.<br />

Returns<br />

There are absolutely no returns on custom-cut or manufactured materials. Customer<br />

must have return authorization number for any material return. On returns of st<strong>and</strong>ard<br />

material, a 25% restocking fee will be charged on good merch<strong>and</strong>ise, <strong>and</strong> additional fees<br />

may be assessed for restoration of damaged goods or other charges incurred. Materials<br />

being returned must be protected to prevent damage in transit. <strong>PolyVision</strong> management<br />

will determine the condition of material prior to giving credit.<br />

Non-St<strong>and</strong>ard Extrusion Lengths<br />

Add minimum charge of $50.00 dealer net per 1000 l/f for cutting extrusions to special<br />

lengths, plus drop-offs.<br />

Cancellations <strong>and</strong> Changes<br />

All cancellations <strong>and</strong> changes must be in writing <strong>and</strong> are subject to compensatory<br />

charges for work in progress.<br />

Back Charges<br />

<strong>PolyVision</strong> will not accept any back charges without prior written approval. If a problem<br />

occurs, advise <strong>PolyVision</strong> first, in writing to your customer service representative, for<br />

further instructions.<br />
