2005 Product and Price Guide Terms and Conditions ions General Delivery Delivery will occur after receipt of fully specified and complete order on standard items. Please see the Steelcase List on the PolyVision dealer website for current product lead times. Shipping In the absence of specific shipping dates and instructions, PolyVision will ship by most direct route at our convenience. Shipping weights, when shown in catalog and price list, are given as accurately as possible, but are not guaranteed. Normal variations, either up or down, may occur. Returns There are absolutely no returns on custom-cut or manufactured materials. Customer must have return authorization number for any material return. On returns of standard material, a 25% restocking fee will be charged on good merchandise, and additional fees may be assessed for restoration of damaged goods or other charges incurred. Materials being returned must be protected to prevent damage in transit. PolyVision management will determine the condition of material prior to giving credit. Non-Standard Extrusion Lengths Add minimum charge of $50.00 dealer net per 1000 l/f for cutting extrusions to special lengths, plus drop-offs. Cancellations and Changes All cancellations and changes must be in writing and are subject to compensatory charges for work in progress. Back Charges PolyVision will not accept any back charges without prior written approval.
