Published reports of chemotherapy regimens for AML<br />

in FA patients are sparse and limited by the lack of<br />

longitudinal follow-up. It remains unclear whether<br />

pre-transplant chemotherapy improves or worsens outcomes.<br />

These recommendations are summarized in Table 4.<br />
