by crop type and/or postcode.
Each pin represents the location
of a trial site. Pins are colourcoded
and contain the initials of
the crop types located at that
site. In this search example only
barley has been selected.
If a crop type is not selected
all crops in trials within your
chosen postcode will be
presented.
Click on a pin to select
your chosen location and
an information ‘bubble’
will appear.

NVT Online is a unique
resource providing growers
with all the information about
current and emerging varieties
in one place.

The NVT team is continually
improving NVT Online to enable users to
quickly locate the information they seek.
Two recent improvements include
the ability to search Google maps on the
website by postcode and crop type and
the collation of all relevant information
in a single information bubble. Each
bubble includes information about
yield and grain quality, disease ratings,
end-point royalties, trial locations and
links to other relevant information.
The following information demonstrates
these two developments. For more
information view the ‘How to’ videos about
a site near you. Other videos will soon be
added, including one demonstrating how
to locate information on new varieties and
another on locating variety brochures. □
