Yogilates<br />

Join us for this evening <strong>of</strong> great exercise and fun!<br />

Yogilates is back every Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. in the<br />

Town Center. Class is $6.00 per session and you<br />

may pay the instructor directly. Please call Mary<br />

Ann at 495-3313 if you wish to attend.<br />

Water Aerobics<br />

Free Class with a volunteer resident instructor! Tuesday<br />

and Thursday mornings at 9:00 a.m. at the Resort Pool.<br />

This is a great class for all fitness levels and abilities. No<br />

need to sign up, just show up! If you have any questions<br />

please contact Marita at mlflach@aol.com.<br />

Gentle Morning Yoga<br />

Enjoy a breath <strong>of</strong> fresh air while getting some great<br />

exercise! Morning yoga every Wednesday morning at<br />

8:00 a.m. If you wish to attend, you must contact Jeanie<br />

Muscle and<br />

Conditioning!<br />

Muscle Conditioning is coming to <strong>Village</strong><strong>Walk</strong>.<br />

If you are interested in participating in a muscle<br />

conditioning class (using hand weights, ball, body<br />

weight, etc), please contact Rose Costello at 980-3352<br />

or Botrose@aol.com. We have class on Tuesdays and<br />

Thursdays at 4:00 p.m. Must provide own weights, ball<br />

and mat or towel. Cost<br />

$5.00 per class.<br />

Potpourri<br />

Join Mary Ann for a 60 minute exhilarating pleasurable<br />

whole human experience. You will enjoy exploring the<br />

benefits <strong>of</strong> Modern Dance, Jazz Dance, Yoga, Tai-Chi, Tae<br />

Kwon Do and Alexander Technique among many others. The<br />

reward is Total Conditioning with you acting as your own<br />

personal trainer. You have total charge <strong>of</strong> your body at all<br />

times. A few <strong>of</strong> the benefits <strong>of</strong> this class include weight loss,<br />

flexibility, balance, posture, energy, strength and best <strong>of</strong> all<br />

Fitness Room<br />

Please be courteous to our new weights and do NOT slam<br />

them down into the rack or the floor. Please return weights to the<br />

rack at a slow and controlled pace. When using the free weights,<br />

please do not slam them into the ground after your set is over,<br />

rather slowly place them down. We appreciate your help in<br />

keeping our weight room in tip top shape for years to come!<br />
