this community go round. As the Activities Director 

I would not be able to offer the residents of this 

community such a wide array of events if it weren’t 

for all of the help and support I receive from my 

volunteers. There are many behind the scene hours 

that go into planning and executing these events. I

Sock Hop with 

Joe Marino! 

Get those dancing shoes out and get ready to rock 

and roll! Join us on Saturday, March 20 from 6:00- 

10:00 p.m. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. with dinner 

being served at 6:15 p.m. and live entertainment 

by Joe Marino from 7:00-10:00 p.m. Dinner will 

be catered by Dinners by Design and will consist 

of Caesar Salad, Rolls and Butter, hand carved 

Top Round Roast Beef with Mushroom Sauce and 

Horseradish sauce, baked Tilapia with Lemon Herb 

Cream, Potatoes Augratin, Green Bean Almondine, 

and Black Forest Cake for dessert. Tickets are $27.00

Fashion Show 

Join us for this afternoon of food and fashion on 

Tuesday, March 16 here at the Town Center beginning 

at 12:00 Noon. Boutique on Wheels offers a unique 

Fashion Show Program that every woman will love. 

Their clothes are washable, perfect to travel in, take on 

a cruise and they come in separates and sets! The best 

thing is they bring racks and racks of clothes with them 

on the day of the show. If you see something that you 

love, you can actually take it home with you that day! 

They carry all sizes from small to x-large in average 

and petite lengths; of course, some smaller and larger 

sizes are available. All forms of payment are accepted. 

For groups of 30 people or more, ten lucky participants 

will receive a $5.00 gift certificate to be drawn at the 

conclusion of the program! Lunch will begin at Noon; 

catered by Delish Catering with the fashion show to 

follow. So get your girlfriends together and enjoy some 

fashion on this Friday afternoon. $15.00 per person.

C.R.E.W. Hiking Trip 

What is C.R.E.W. 

Corkscrew Regional 

Ecosystem Watershed 

(C.R.E.W.) is a 60,000- 

acre watershed. But 

what is a watershed A 

watershed is an area of 

land that collects rainwater 

and “sheds” it into a 

wetland. So what is a 

wetland A wetland is an area that has standing water on 

it for at least part of the year. Wetlands, watersheds, and 

the C.R.E.W. are all important for storing water, cleaning 

water, recharging the aquifer, and providing plant and 

animal habitat. On VillageWalk’s visit to C.R.E.W., you 

will more than likely be hiking the grassy trail through 

pine flatwoods, around a saw grass marsh, over a pop 

ash slough, and across an oak hammock. Along our hike, 

we may see wildlife including deer, bobcats, rabbits, 

armadillos, Red-shouldered hawks and Red-bellied 

woodpeckers. Join us on Tuesday, March 2 at 9:00 a.m. 

We will car pool from the Bocce courts at 8:00 a.m. 

C.R.E.W. is located at 4600 Collier County Rd. 850 

(Corkscrew Road in Lee County), 18 miles east of 

I-75 at the Corkscrew Road exit (#123). Directions 

will be available at the HOA Office. We must have a 

minimum of 10 people for a tour. Please be advised this 

guided hike will run about 2 hours, with stops along 

the way. Please bring a camera, sun tan lotion, water 

and snacks. A $5.00 donation per person will be 

collected at time of reservation. 

Big Cypress Shopping Tour 

Join VillageWalk on Friday, March 12 at 10:00 a.m. 

as we head to Big Cypress Marketplace for a day of 

fun and shopping! As a group, we will have a private 

wine tasting and receive Market Dollars just for 

coming. There are a wide 

variety of shops and services 

offered at Big Cypress 

Marketplace, including Cash 

out Bingo. So grab your 

friends and come check 

out this unique venue. All

Gone Fishin’ 

Join the fishing club on Monday, March 15 as 

we go out for the day with All Water Excursions. 

Our trip will leave out of Lover’s Key boat ramp at 

8:00 a.m., returning about noon. $70.00 per person for 

this day on the water. Please remember to BYOB and 

snacks for the trip. Checks can be made payable to All 

Water Excursions. We are in need of six people to hold 

this price. Gratuity not included. Please RSVP to the 

HOA Office by Thursday, March 11 to make this trip 

a success! 

Kayaking on Orange River 

Join in on a one way paddle down the Orange River 

starting in Buckingham, on Thursday, March 18 at 9:15 

a.m. Your morning will begin at Manatee Park with a short 

on-shore clinic and then we will be transported to our launch 

site. This trip offers a unique opportunity to paddle a portion 

of Orange River, which is rich in history and wildlife. Single 

and double kayaks are limited to availability. For this 2 

hour paddle with a guide, the trip is 

$30.00 per person. We will carpool 

from the Bocce Courts at 8:45 a.m. 

All reservations must be received 

by Friday, March 12. Checks can be 

made payable to VillageWalk. 

Pieces of Eight 

Sunset Cruise 

We all love the Florida sunsets, so let’s make it 

exciting and join the Pieces of Eight in their themed 

Pirate Sunset Cruise! All aboard on Friday, March 26 

as we set sail at 6:30 p.m. out of Fort Myers Beach. 

This ship was custom-designed and took 16 months to 

build. The ship’s steel hull is 64’ 10” in length, with 

a 23’ beam and 5’.0 draft. The captains are all U.S. 

Coast Guard-licensed. The crew will be in full costume 

and ready to make your experience the best Florida 

has to offer. There is a full saloon onboard including 

alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages, ice cream, pretzels, 

popcorn and more. Please no food and beverage of 

your own on board. The cost of this trip is $26.00 per 

person, which includes tax, and the Captain’s Special 

Rum Punch! Gratuity is on your own. All reservations 

must be made by Monday, March 22 by contacting the 

HOA Office at 949-9909. Checks can be made payable 

to VillageWalk. 

Segway Tour of Ft. Myers Beach! 

Monday, March 29 • 9:00 a.m. & 1:00 p.m. 

The Ft. Myers Beach guided Segway Tour combines the 

coolest personal transportation device with beautiful vistas 

of Estero and San Carlos Islands. Your Segway adventure 

begins at the Yucatan Beach Stand Bar and Grill located one 

half block from Times Square on Ft. Myers Beach. Following 

basic operational and safety instructions, riders are allowed 

to “warm up” (aprox.5 mins.) prior to departure. The tour 

leaves the Yucatan and proceeds down to Times Square. 

The group then travels on sidewalks and quiet side streets to 

Bowditch Park located at the extreme North end of Estero 

Island. The tour then backtracks to the Matanzas Bridge. 

The tour then safely proceeds down the Matanzas Bridge 

and heads South towards Shrimp Boat Lane and the Ft. 

Myers Beach shrimping fleet. The tour then heads up Main 

Street to Bonita Bills Waterfront Bar & Grill. Refreshments 

(beer, wine, soft drinks) are provided to tour patrons free of 

charge. The group then leaves Bonita Bills, renegotiates the 

Mantazas bridge and returns to the Yucatan.

Orchid Tour-New Time! 

Join us on Wednesday, March 31 at 

10:00 a.m. as we tour the Orchids of the 

Naples Beach Hotel. The Orchid Program at 

The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club began 

in 1991 with six plants and little knowledge. 

Currently, the collection numbers are approximately 5,000 

plants and requires the care of a full-time horticulturist 

(Monica Higgins) and the controlled environment of a large 

Orchid House. The cost of this private tour is $5.00 per 

person. We will carpool from the Bocce courts at 9:00 a.m. 

If you would like to join lunch bunch this month, we will be 

having lunch immediately following the tour at 11:30 a.m. 

at HB’s on the water. HB’s is at the Naples Beach Hotel, 

located at 851 Gulf Shore Blvd North, Naples, FL. Lunch 

is a choice of Spinach and Prosciutto salad with Grilled 

Chicken, Grouper Sandwich or a Sirloin Burger with 

Water, Soda, or Iced Tea. All tax and gratuity is included

Assisted Living the Musical 

April Fools Day with a Comedy Show from 

Compton and Bennett! 

Do you find yourself babysitting the grandkids... 

alot, dentures slipping or looking all over the house for 

your glasses, only to find them atop your head Then 

you definitely need to come see this show! You’ll hear 

songs such as; Help! I’ve Fallen for You and I Can’t 

Get Up, Nobody Loves You When You Suffer Gout, 

Goin’ to the Chapel (and We’re Gonna Get Buried)! 

This show will have you laughing from beginning to 

end! Join us on Thursday, April 1 at 7:00 p.m. in the 

Town Center. The show is $18.00 per person which 

includes show, non-alcoholic beverages and dessert. 

Please bring an appetizer to share with your table. All 

reservations must be in by Wednesday, March 31.

Easter Egg Hunt, 

Breakfast with the 

Easter Bunny, 

and Live Reptile Show 

Join us on Saturday, April 3 

at 8:30 a.m. for our Easter 

Egg Hunt. Enjoy a special 

appearance by, you guessed it, 

the Easter Bunny! Age groups 

are as follows 0-3, 4-6 and 7 & 

up. Check in begins at 8:00 a.m., Easter Egg hunt will 

go by Age Group. Each child will walk away with a 

prize and of course as many eggs as they can collect. 

Following the Egg hunt there will be breakfast with the 

Easter Bunny in the Town Center Ballrooms. Enjoy 

a breakfast buffet from Railhead Cafe’ consisting of 

scrambled eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausage, seasoned 

home fried potatoes, fresh fruit, mini muffins, pastries, 

and juice or coffee. During breakfast the Easter Bunny 

will be walking around and available for pictures. 

10:15 a.m. Live Reptile Show with John Storms. You 

don’t want to miss the new reptiles John is bringing.

early to avoid disappointment. Breakfast is limited to

Deep Sea Fishing Trip 

Tuesday, April 6 • 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. 

Calling all fisherpersons! Let’s get together for a day 

of fishing on the Gulf of Mexico aboard the Fish’N 

Xpress out of Ft. Myers Beach. Venturing 20 to 30 miles 

out into the Gulf for offshore fishing, looking to land 

the big ones! Fish for Grouper, Snapper, Mackerel and 

more! No experience is required. Your fee includes: 

charter, rod, reel, tackle, bait, fishing license and crew 

assistance. Bring your own food and beverage or 

purchase on board. Gratuity for crew is 

NOT included. Cost is $50.00 per

Free Resident Appreciation 

Concert on the Green 

Saturday, April 10 

It’s our end of the year resident appreciation day! Join 

us for this end of season Concert on the Green with special 

performing guests Wendee Renee and Company! Concert 

runs from 6:00-9:00 p.m. It’s free for residents to attend. 

Please bring a camping chair and any food and beverage 

you wish. Gazebo Area will be open starting at 5:15 p.m. 

to get your spot. No need to register just show up! 

Booze Cruise/Pub Crawl! 

You will not want to miss this fun VillageWalk Activity! 

Join in the festivities on Saturday, April 17 as we head 

to Fort Myers Beach. The Ku-Ku Ku-Nu-Ku, a famous 

authentic, “open air” San Francisco Motorized Cable 

Car, will pick us up right at VillageWalk to start the 

evening off right. We will travel to Fort Myers Beach 

hitting all the hot spots. First stop is at SOB’s (Smokin 

Oyster Brewery), second stop is at the Lighthouse Tiki, 

third stop you can hit The Cottage, Lani Kai or Beached 

Whale and then off to Pinchers Beach Bar before 

heading back to our stomping ground. Coolers, snacks 

and pre-game beverages are allowed on the trolley. The 

tunes will be jammin as we get on and off the trolley all 

evening. The cost for the trolley is $15.00 per person 

based on a minimum of 30 residents. Please RSVP to the 

HOA Office by Monday, April 12. So don’t drink and 

drive, hop on the trolley and ride with us around 

the beach for this party! The trolley will depart 

VillageWalk at 7:00 p.m. from the Town Center and 

return at 12:00 a.m. 



Sunset Cruise on 

Double Sunshine 

Join us on Wednesday, April 14 as we head out to sea 

aboard Cruise Naples’ Double Sunshine. Enjoy this double 

decker boat for one of the most beautiful sunsets in the 

world. $27.00 per person includes sunset cruise, tax and 

gratuity. Check in at Tin City at 6:15 p.m. with a 6:45 p.m. 

departure, returning at 8:15 p.m. You may bring snacks 

aboard the cruise, but please no alcoholic beverages. Please 

sign up and register by Tuesday, April 13 at the HOA 

Office window. Checks payable to VillageWalk. 

Octagon Wildlife Tour 

Are you ready for a trip to the wild side Join us 

on Tuesday, April 20 at 10:00 a.m. as we head to 

the Octagon Wildlife Sanctuary in Punta Gorda, Fl. 

Octagon’s mission is to provide a healthy recovery and 

living environment for abandoned and abused exotic 

wildlife. Since the mid 1970’s, Octagon has been 

rescuing and rehabilitating exotic wildlife. Without 

continued support from volunteers, the community, 

and donations from visitors like you, Octagon would 

not be able to survive. None of the animals at Octagon 

have been taken from the wild; they have all come 

from abused, injured or unwanted situations. Some of 

the animals housed at the Sanctuary are bears, tigers, 

cougars, leopards, lions, small cats, reptiles, birds and 

primates. Tour is intimate and is limited to 20 people. 

Seniors 55+ and children 8-17 are $5.00; adults are 

$10.00 and children 7 and under are free. We will 

carpool from the Bocce courts leaving at 8:45 a.m. 

All reservations must be made by Monday, April 12.

BUS TRIPS 

Immokalee Casino! 

Hop on the bus for this day of pressing your luck! We 

have Wednesday, March 11 booked for the Immokalee 

Casino. We will depart from the Bocce courts at 

9:00 a.m. and return around 3:00 p.m. The cost is $20.00 

per person and you will receive $30.00 in free play and 

a $5.00 food voucher. Photo ID is required and driver 

gratuity is not included. We need a minimum of 15 people 

registered to make this trip a go. Please RSVP to the HOA 

Office by Monday, March 8. Checks can be made payable 

to Dolphin Transportation. Guests of VillageWalk residents 

are welcome to attend! 

A Day at Gulfstream Park 

Horse Race Track & Casino 

Friday, March 26th Depart 8 AM 

It’s a day trip to the Gulfstream Park Horse Race Track 

and Casino located in Hallandale Beach FL. Hop on the 

bus and join our sister community VeronaWalk Naples 

for this fantastic day. Your day includes: round trip bus 

transportation, buffet dinner in the Ten Palms Restaurant 

at the Track: Salad, Choice of Three Entrees (including 

a carving station), Vegetables, Pasta, Plated Dessert and 

Glass of Wine. Your day also includes: a race program, a 

$2 betting voucher and all taxes and gratuities associated 

with lunch. Post time is 1:15 PM. Gulfstream also has a 

casino where they have slot machines, poker, electronic 

black jack and electronic roulette. They have the most 

penny slots in Florida and all the latest games. You are 

welcome to visit both while at the park. Water and snack 

provided on bus on return route. We will depart the track 

at 5:30 PM. Cost is $65.00 per person. Please see the HOA

Selby Gardens 

Join us on Monday, March 22 as we take a trip up to 

Sarasota to Visit Selby Gardens and St. Armand’s Circle! 

Selby Gardens is the home to ever-changing botanical art 

and photography exhibits. The garden is home to 20,000 

plants, seven greenhouses, stunning orchid display houses, a 

colorful Koi Pond, an outdoor butterfly garden, world class 

exhibitions and much more. From there we will head to 

the famous St. Armand’s Circle where we will enjoy lunch 

on our own and some time for shopping! Superb exclusive 

shops, galleries, exotic boutiques, and sophisticated 

restaurants are all located in St. Armand’s Circle. We will 

depart from VillageWalk at 8:15 a.m. and return home 

around 5:30 p.m. The cost for this trip is $57.00 per person.

Oil Painting 

March 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th. $81.25 per person for 

five weeks. SAVE THE DATE - Oil Painting Exhibition by 

VillageWalk’s very own: Saturday, April 24. Details to come! 

All levels welcome. Work from the set up, still life or 

bring in your own painting project. Suggested materials 

list provided upon request. Payment for month due

Creative Cuisine Brings You Festive 

Foods For All Occasions! 

Karen Maihofer of Creative Cuisine is returning to 

VillageWalk of Bonita for the second year to bring you 

some exciting and tasty cooking classes and luncheons. 

The dates are as follows: 

Thursday, March 25, Lighten Up Eating Well and Loving It. 

All classes will be held at the Town Center from 

10:30-1:00 p.m. Doors will open at 10:15 a.m. Karen is 

a certified member of the International Association of 

Culinary Professionals and has owned and operated her 

own cooking school in Milwaukee, WI for 35 years and 

has taught in over 50 communities in Florida for the past 

17 years. After a short cooking demo, Karen will serve a 

buffet of the foods prepared which will include: 

Herbed Cherry Tomatoes Surrounded by Dilled Cheese 

Stuffed Pea Pods, Caramelized Onion and Mushroom 

Soup, Pork Tenderloin with a Blackberry Mustard 

Honey Sauce and Fresh Blackberries, Wild Rice, 

Asparagus and Herb Salad with Lemon Dressing, 

Swirled Chocolate and Coffee Cheesecake - only 153 

calories and 5 grams fat 

The cost of each class which includes printed recipes, 

luncheon, ice tea, water and coffee is $25.00. You must 

register at the HOA Office at least 72 hours before the

given after that date. We are limited as to the number of 

guests, so please register early. Guests of VillageWalk 

residents are allowed to attend space permitting. 

Basic Beading 

Learn how to make unique and beautiful jewelry. 

Discover the art of wire-wrapping to create 

necklaces, bracelets and earrings. This class will 

run on the 3 rd Thursday of the month at 10:00 a.m. 

The cost for the class is $25.00 per person. All 

reservations must be in 48 hours prior to class for

WaterColors! 

Fridays 9:30 a.m. to 12 Noon 

Each class is designed to accommodate student artists 

at every level, from beginner to advanced. Each class will 

include a lesson that will be incorporated in the weekly 

paintings. No drawing experience is necessary. Paintings 

will include flowers, lighthouses, landscapes, animals, 

buildings, etc. Join us on Friday mornings at 9:30 a.m. in 

the Town Center for this new class. The cost for the class 

$30.00 for a three hour session with two instructors. By 

having two instructor’s students will have a greater one-onone 

experience. The watercolor ladies have been painting 

together for many years and together ran an art gallery on 

Broad Ave. in Naples. They have studied under several 

watercolor artists, but found that Terry Madden, worldrenowned 

watercolorist, gave them the greatest inspiration 

and so that is who they received their certificate under.

Image Matters and Barbara Dell Productions will

image make-over and the results will be unveiled at 

our “Fashionality” presentation as they model the latest 

styles and fashion trends.

Join us in the Town Center on Thursday, March 18 

at 2:00 p.m. for this not to be missed seminar. The 

goal of this seminar is to promote higher levels of 

self-esteem and confidence, teach clients to make 

positive and lasting first impressions, and provide tips 

on saving time and money. JoAnne Richmond has 

over 20 years experience in the image consulting and 

fashion merchandising fields. Since 1996 she had been 

associated with Color Me Beautiful as an Independent 

Color Consultant. JoAnne was selected to become a 

National Certified Color Analysis Trainer for Color 

Me Beautiful. 

JoAnne’s experiences includes extensive living and 

traveling throughout Europe, Asia and the Middle 

East, where she has promoted the Color Me Beautiful 

concept to expatriate communities. In the United States 

and abroad, JoAnne educates on color analysis to

Expanding Horizons 

Case Study - Thursday, april 15 

Have you ever wondered what those hotshot MBA 

students discuss at institutions like the Harvard 

Business Schools Now is your chance. Frank 

Kearney, a resident of VillageWalk, will lead a one 

and a half hour class using an actual business case 

study and the techniques used at graduate schools 

such as the Harvard Business School. Frank is a 

Harvard Business School graduate; he will teach a 

business case study which he has taught in China and 

elsewhere. It is a short (3 page) case which lends 

itself to group presentations and discussion. The case 

involves a simple problem with no clear-cut solution; 

in other words, a typical business case study. When 

Frank has taught this case in the past, the class enjoyed 

the challenge and had fun at the same time. You don’t 

need a business or finance background to participate. 

Ladies, you should also be aware that at business 

schools today, classes are typically equally split 

between men and women; so join in the fun. 

The class will cost four dollars to cover printed 

materials and royalty fees. A minimum of 20 

participants is required in order for the class to be

for The Cure takes place on March 13, 2010 

at Coconut Point. Seventy-five percent of the 

net funds raised stays in our Southwest Florida 

community and goes toward research, education, 

treatment, screening and assisting the medically 

uninsured and those in need. The remaining 

25 percent raised supports the National Susan 

G. Komen for the Cure Grants Program. All 

donations are tax-deductible. 

We, THE VILLAGE WALKERS, are a new team 

this year and we are asking for you to join us! If

“Raise a Racket” to Help Fight Prostate Cancer 

Saturday, March 6, 2010

The Prostate Cancer Foundation is the world’s largest 

philanthropic source of support for prostate cancer. In 

2008 alone, more than 186,000 men were diagnosed 

with prostate cancer and more than 28,000 died of the 

disease. Come Play for Blue on Saturday, March 6, 

2010 at VillageWalk of Bonita Springs. 

This is the third annual charitable tennis event and is 

open to all levels of tennis players. The format is very 

similar to the Davis Cup. 

Be prepared to play all morning from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 

p.m. Have a fun time with mixed doubles tennis, prizes, 

gift bags for all participants, continental breakfast, 

drinks, raffles, music, tournament trophies plus a light 

lunch at minimal cost. All of this, while raising money 

to help fight Prostate Cancer. 

Registration forms are available at the Town Center. 

The cost for this event is $35.00 and is tax deductible.

Foundation at time of registration. Lunch will be an 

additional cost of $8.00 per person and must be paid

“Sarah’s Key” by Tatania de Rosnay. 

Paris, July 1942: Sarah, a ten year-old girl, is brutally

d’Hiv roundup, but not before she locks her younger 

brother in a cupboard in the family’s apartment. Paris, May 

2002: On Vel’ d’Hiv’s 60th anniversary, journalist Julia 

Jarmond is asked to write an article about this black day 

in France’s past. She stumbles onto a trail of long hidden 

family secrets that connect her to Sarah. As she probes 

into Sarah’s past, she begins to question her own place in 

France, and to reevaluate her marriage and her life.

Country Club” (SWGCC) located 

approximately 6 miles west of 

VillageWalk off Bonita Beach Rd. 

The league has 24 regular 

golfers (hacker’s) and 11 

substitutes and plays every 

Thursday at SWGCC, starting 

tee time begins at 12:00 noon. 

Following tee times are every 

8 minutes thereafter. 

The league is made-up of 

golfer’s with handicaps between 10 (semi-pro) to 

30 (hacker’s). It is a fun way to get to know your 

VillageWalk friends & 

neighbor’s with a game of golf every week. 

The league plays every Thursday until April 29, 

2010.

fun and relaxed game of golf at SWGCC.

All of these definitions refer to ACCESS CONTROL. We have a controlled access community. It is not to be 

misconstrued to think that you are any more secure when you pass through the gate arm than you are in any other

There are no roving patrols at this time. 

It is imperative that you LOCK YOUR CARS, LOCK YOUR HOMES AND WINDOWS, NEVER LEAVE 

CHILDREN OR PETS UNATTENDED, NEVER ALLOW A STRANGER INTO YOUR HOME UNLESS THEY

It is NEVER POSSIBLE for the officer on duty at the gate house to leave the gate unattended and they cannot call for 

you in an emergency. 

If you experience any emergency situation you must call 911. When emergency vehicles arrive there will not be a delay 

at the gate.

Bike Rules 

at the Town Center 

Users of bikes, scooters, roller skates, etc. may not 

ride on the pavers of the Town Center walkways. The 

walkways are for pedestrian use only. Always park 

your bikes at one of the bike racks located around 

the Town Center. Bikes may not be parked on the 

pedestrian walkways at any time nor in other areas.

rules for the protection of our 

pedestrian residents. Thank 

you for your cooperation. 

DID YOU KNOW 

Garage doors may not be left open for extended 

periods of time. Garage doors may be open only 

while work or maintenance is being performed within

PROHIBITED VEHICLES 

Commercial vehicles are prohibited in driveways 

and must be parked within the garage at all times. A 

commercial vehicle is described as follows: 12.2 (U) 

of Article XII states: Vehicles. “No motorcycle, truck 

that is not used for personal or family use, trailer, boat, 

van in excess of 17 feet in length, camper, motor home, 

bus, commercial vehicle of any type (i.e., any vehicle 

which has any exterior lettering or logo, or has tools or 

equipment), vehicles that are unlicensed or in disrepair, 

non-passenger van (i.e. any van which does not have 

a rear seat and side windows), or similar vehicle 

shall be parked on any part of the Common Areas 

or any Unit driveway, or designated parking space 

within VillageWalk except: (1) within a garage, (2) 

commercial vehicles, vans, or trucks delivering goods 

or furnishing services temporarily during daylight 

hours, and (3) upon such portions of VillageWalk 

as the Board may jointly, in their discretion, allow. 

Vehicles over eighty (80”) inches in height, or those 

vans or trucks which do not have windows completely 

circling the vehicle’s exterior (similar to windows 

around a station wagon), and permanent installed 

seating for four or more passengers, shall be considered 

to be a prohibited vehicle, van, or truck. The 

Association shall have the right to authorize the towing 

away of any 

vehicles in 

violation of 

this rule with 

the costs and 

fees, including 

attorney’s fees, 

if any, to be 

borne by the 

vehicle owner or 

violator”.
