Traditionally, production of short run packaging board products hasn’t been viable.<br />
Even with digital printing equipment, there are then serious considerations and effort<br />
involved with downstream conversion of packaging board, to the extent where only long run<br />
applications make sense.<br />
<strong>Xerox</strong> DigiBoards are SRA3, 210g/m² packaging boards, which are pre-creased, partially<br />
cut and perforated. The creases are specially designed to ensure the surface remains flat<br />
to maintain print quality. Once printed, simply guillotine or remove perforations, tear away<br />
unwanted board and fold your DigiBoard sheet into the final product. The perfect short run solution for<br />
production of mug boxes, tent cards, pillow packs, business card boxes, folders, gift boxes…<br />
