that Brian and Amelia Wesson have resigned<br />

from their positions as directors and as<br />

its president and chief executive officer and VP<br />

of business administration, respectively, in<br />

order to pursue other opportunities.<br />

Drake Resources has appointed Jason Stirbinskis<br />

as chief executive officer as part of its<br />

commitment to becoming a successful and<br />

profitable gold and base metals mining company.<br />

He succeeds Dr Bob Beeson who remains<br />

on the Board as a non-executive director.<br />

Jason Stirbinskis’ former roles include<br />

managing director of Phillips River Mining and<br />

as chief financial officer. He has also been<br />

Tom Needham as CFO, who is retiring<br />

Peter Bryant as chief financial officer. He is a highly experienced executive<br />

having held leadership roles at Seven West Media Ltd and engineering and<br />
