Twin Otter International aircraft<br />

participated in several missions<br />

during FY08. The first mission<br />

was the Cold Land Processes<br />

Experiment (CLPX)-II (Alaska),<br />

that was conducted during two phases in<br />

December and February, for the Terrestrial<br />

Hydrology <strong>Program</strong>. Twin Otter International<br />

provided 165 hours of flight support to the<br />

Terrestrial Hydrology <strong>Program</strong> for CLPX-II.<br />

an investigation of the effects of invasive<br />

species on ecosystems. The mission suffered<br />

significant weather delays, but was successful<br />

in the end. A total of 52 hours were flown<br />

in Hawaii in support of the Terrestrial<br />

Ecology <strong>Program</strong>.<br />

In total, Twin Otter International supported<br />

the <strong>Airborne</strong> <strong>Science</strong> <strong>Program</strong> for 321 flight<br />

hours in FY08.<br />

The second mission of the year was the<br />

AVIRIS Hawaii <strong>2008</strong> Campaign during<br />

October 2007 to January <strong>2008</strong> for the<br />

Terrestrial Ecology <strong>Program</strong>. This was<br />
