6. OPERATING THE ZMV-P
6.3 Trouble Shooting and Problem Solving
6.3.1 The pressers don’t work
• Check to see if the pneumatic system is connected properly. If not, connect it properly.
• Check to see if there is enough pressure.
• Check to see if all the hoses are tight. If not, have a trained specialist replace them.
6.3.2 The pressers are too weak
• Set the maintenance unit.
6.3.3 Uneven compression of the Zargen slides
• Keep the pressers clean. Remove dirt, dust or debris.
6.4 Maintenance and Care
6.4.1 Maintenance Plan
• Maintenance work should only be done when the machine has been safely secured and turned off, and the
pneumatic compressed air system has been disconnected.
• Daily, before operating the machine: clean the dirt, dust and debris off the machine.
• Weekly, or as necessary: Drain the filter-pressure reducer regulator; press the yellow plastic component on the filter-pressure
reducer up, respectively disconnecting the machine from the pneumatic compressed air system.

6.4.2 Care Information
• The machine should be cleaned only after the machine has been safely secured, turned off, and the pneumatic
compressed air system has been disconnected.
• Clean the machine as needed. Clean with a soft dry cloth. Do not use harsh cleaning substances such as
acetone, nitro diluted solutions, gasoline or other similar solutions.
