6. OPERATING THE ZMV-P
6.2.5 Setting the side stops forward (Illustration 6-002-05)
1. Loosen the clamping screw, left and right.
2. Place the NOVA in the web area. (Use caution, otherwise drag marks can occur.)
3. With steel Zargen, go down as far as possible.
4. Tighten the clamping screw.
6.2.6 Setting the side stops upper forward
1. No adjustment necessary.
6.2.7 Setting the side stops above upper rear (Illustration 6-002-07)
1. Loosen the clamping screw, left and right.
2. According to the length of the drawer, place a maximum of 150 mm from the front stop.
3. Tighten the clamping screw.
6.2.8 Assembling the drawer (Illustration 6-002-08)
1. Place the back wall and the bottom.
2. Place the Zargen slide.
3. Clear the hands from the clamping area.
4. Clamp the presser by means of the foot activated switch.
5. Connect the work pieces.
• With the Nova System, strike the hooks with an impact stamp. Strike the dowels.
• With the Steel Zargen System, prebore and screw with the center combination drill)
6. Release the presser with the foot activated switch. Take out the finished drawer.
