Weekly Inspection:<br />
Open A frame to vacuum and blow out any dust.<br />
Operators console, vacuum and blow out dust.<br />
Make sure the cooling fan is plugged in.<br />
Inspect the Roll Signal Ring for proper security and condition.<br />
Clean the projector exhaust fan, lens, air filter and mirror.<br />
Inspect all connections on the Power Box for security.<br />
Inspect the Pitch Signal Ring and Torque Arm for proper security.<br />
Inspect the counterweight shaft, worm gear and guide rail for any<br />
apparent wear, damage, or binding. Clean and lube.<br />

Inspect the Pitch Power Ring for condition.<br />
Inspect left and right key-way bolts (both A-Frames) for security. Lube<br />
Inspect the Up/Down, Canopy and Failsafe Sensors for security and proper<br />
operation.<br />
Inspect the A-Frames for signs of “walking” or the bolts are secure to floor.<br />
Inspect Shoulder Harnesses for any weld cracks.<br />
Inspect all safety-wired and visible bolts for security.<br />
Ensure the Daily Opening and Closing inspections have been complied with<br />
for the past week.<br />
Lubricate the unit in accordance with the Lubrication Diagram<br />
Inspect the Flange welds of the Right/Left Pitch Shafts and Counterweight<br />
Shaft at the center weldment to insure there are no cracks; also inspect<br />
the safety-wire and bolts for security.<br />

Monthly Inspection:<br />
Complete the Weekly Inspection.<br />
Open power box and vacuum inside. Clean exhaust fan.<br />
Inspect shoulder restraint release system for security and operation. Lube<br />
canopy gas strut pivot ball points with white lube.<br />
Apply thin coat of white lube on the bottom pin of the canopy latch spring<br />
assembly.<br />
Inspect the condition of the upper and lower canopy latch assembly.<br />
Tighten any loose screws on the fiber glass body, Cockpit and Tail<br />
assembly<br />
Check for loose lag bolts inside the cockpit seat to glass mounts.<br />
Check for the security of the A-Frame to the foundation. Look for signs of<br />
the unit walking or loose anchor bolts.<br />
Verify tail stand and front support did not walk. Is secure to the floor.<br />
Inspect the condition of all fiberglass parts.<br />
Check the Alert log on the game computer and delete the entries.<br />
Click on Start, then Programs, then Explorer, open MaxFlight folder, you<br />
will see 3 items, Bin, Config and Logs. Double click on Logs. Click on Alert<br />
log.txt. Use edit, highlight all past entries you wish to delete, edit and then<br />
delete, to delete the past old text within that log.<br />
Semi-Annual<br />
Inspect the front stairs, fencing and entry gate for condition and<br />
cleanliness. Inspect patron que area for any unsafe conditions.<br />
Clean and wax the fiberglass parts with a good car wax.<br />
Annual<br />
Lube lift motor grease fittings, one pump into each fitting only.<br />
