(vi) Statement of Account and its Replenishment<br />

With each dispatch a statement of account will be enclosed indicating the value of the<br />

supplies made and balance at credit remaining in the account of the customer. It will be the<br />

customer’s responsibility to replenish the deposit when it approaches exhaustion. The deposit<br />

should be replenished by a sum of not less than an amount equivalent to Rs. 100/-. The account<br />

will become inoperative when the balance of the deposit is less than the value of a single order<br />

plus postage and packing charges. The account will be brought into operation again only if a fresh<br />

deposit of minimum amount is made.<br />

(vii) The collectors who wish to avail of the Philatelic Deposit Account Service may send<br />

the application duly filled in the Philatelic Bureau, Bombay G.P.O. (<strong>India</strong>) with necessary<br />

remittance.
