It is a proven fact that walking is one of the best types of exercise<br />
to improve your health. The national recommendation is that you walk 10,000<br />
steps or the equivalent daily. The fee includes a pedometer, a calendar with<br />
programs and walking opportunities, a list of step equivalents and a steps log.<br />
After you join, you will receive the Healthy Steps newsletter and a new step log<br />
