(i) Educational Qualifications Graduate in Civil Engineering or Diploma
in Civil Engineering or Diploma in
Surveying
(ii) Essential Experience 7 years experience in surveying on
highway projects
(iii) Experience in Similar Capacity He should have handled the survey
assignments of four lane projects of
aggregate length not less than 200 km.
Using modern survey techniques and
equipment such as total station, GPS, air
photo and satellite image interpretation,
etc
(iv) Job responsibilities He will be responsible for quick traverse
survey of the alignment, cross section, l-
section, strip plan, land-use, etc. of the
Project Highway.
(v) Minimum time required at site 40 days
(e) Financial Analyst
(i) Educational Qualifications Post Graduate in Commerce/ Charted
Accountant or equivalent
(ii) Essential Experience 7 years in Financial Analysis and
modeling of infrastructure projects
(iii) Experience in similar capacity BOT Expert for at least two Four-lane
projects
(iv) Job responsibilities He will be responsible for financial
analysis and modeling of project.
(iv) Minimum time required at site 2 days
(f) Environmental Expert
(i) Educational Qualifications Masters/Bachelor in Environmental
Science or equivalent
(ii) Essential Experience 7 years in environmental studies
(iii) Experience in Similar Capacity He should have prepared environmental
impact assessment report, EMP plan,
rehabilitation resettlement plans of project
more than aggregate length of 200km of
four lane standard.
(iii) Job responsibilities He will conduct the environmental impact
assessment of the Project
(iv) Minimum time required at site 7 days
7.2 The Consultant shall establish a Project Office at a suitable location in Bhopal for
efficient and coordinated performance of its Services. All the Key Personnel shall
be deployed at this office during the first 16 (sixteen) weeks as specified in the
Manning Schedule forming part of the Agreement. The authorised officials of the
