<strong>The</strong> VARIUS ® System from Orig<strong>in</strong>al <strong>Hanau</strong><br />
Short distances from the emitter unit to the sunbed surface<br />
and a specific UV performance help to save energy. In<br />
the case of face and shoulder tann<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong> particular, the<br />
UV efficiency can be enormously improved by the use of<br />
small and compact emitter un<strong>its</strong>, if these are <strong>in</strong>stalled at<br />
specific po<strong>in</strong>ts. <strong>The</strong> UV scatter loss is m<strong>in</strong>imised, and the<br />
UV output is delivered only where it is efficiently used.<br />
<strong>The</strong> VARIUS system from Orig<strong>in</strong>al <strong>Hanau</strong> was developed <strong>in</strong><br />
order to give manufacturers of sunbeds new options for the<br />
design of their products, and simultaneously offer energyefficient<br />
alternatives.<br />
<strong>The</strong> compact Varius system is particularly suitable for<br />
tann<strong>in</strong>g the face and shoulder area, but also as <strong>in</strong>tegrated<br />
neck, hand or foot tanners, for adjust<strong>in</strong>g tube lengths or as<br />
a cost-effective alternative to spaghetti tubes.<br />
<strong>The</strong> high pressure lamp <strong>in</strong> the VARIUS system has been<br />
advanced and improved. <strong>The</strong> lamp and fitt<strong>in</strong>g are now<br />
supplied as two separate components. Lamp chang<strong>in</strong>g is<br />
even easier and can still be carried out without the need<br />
for tools. Dur<strong>in</strong>g lamp change-over, only the lamp needs<br />
not to be replaced, the fitt<strong>in</strong>g can be re-used.
