After two highly successful Mediation Symposia, we are planning a third event in the series. It will again
be an opportunity for mediation professionals to review and explore common experiences, discuss
how to handle the key challenges for the future as well as network with their peers. The event includes
a number of workshops on technical and specialist practice issues designed to educate and enlighten
mediation practice.
The programme:
Keynote Addresses by The Rt Hon Sir John Dyson, Justice of the Supreme Court and
Nadja Alexander, Professor of Law, Hong Kong
Panel debates on Creating Confidence in Mediators and the Process chaired by Michael Cover FCIArb,
Accredited Mediator & Chartered Arbitrator and Tim Hardy, Partner, CMS Cameron McKenna LLP
