Pricing;<br />

Current stage of development;<br />

Emphasis on innovation or superiority over current offerings.<br />

4. Market & Marketing Strategy<br />

Description and characteristics of market, including size, segments, growth potential, barriers;<br />

Analysis of competing products/services. How is this offering differentiated<br />

Estimates of market share the business hopes to achieve;<br />

Commercialisation strategies, including selling, distribution, pricing, promotion;<br />

Strategy to overcome barriers of entry to the market.<br />

5. Operations<br />

Plan for production/delivery of product or services;<br />

Product cost and margins identified;<br />

R&D needs identified;<br />

Resources required and identified.<br />
