Affinity purified antibodies (product codes starting AU) are purified against immobilised<br />
antigen. In some instances solid phase absorption is also available to reduce inter species<br />
cross reactivity. IgG fraction antibodies (product codes starting PC) are IgG fractions of sheep<br />
sera so will contain specific and non-specific antibodies. Whole serum grade antibodies<br />
containing serum proteins and other non specific immunoglobulins of the host species are<br />

<strong>Binding</strong> <strong>Site</strong> is pleased to offer custom ELISA manufacturing, individually adapted to the<br />
customer’s specifications, after full consultation and an on-site audit of our UK facilities.<br />
Custom antibody production<br />
Custom antibodies can be produced using the customer’s own antigen. Several species are<br />
available including goat, rabbit and sheep.<br />
