Survey Development<br />
• Initial Consultation: Diane and Amanda, and a <strong>for</strong>mer EBCH board member<br />
• Reviewed similar surveys from o<strong>the</strong>r not-<strong>for</strong>-profit organizations<br />
• Developed a pool of questions<br />
• Refined <strong>the</strong> pool to a set of 29 questions<br />
• Pilot tested <strong>the</strong> survey<br />
• Designed <strong>for</strong> 10 minutes, but most respondents took 30 minutes<br />
