goals. The organizational dashboard is shared across departments and <strong>the</strong>re is a process <strong>for</strong> analyzing, discussing, and<br />
applying results.<br />
The organization uses data visualization techniques to report <strong>the</strong> data analysis but also to reflect on best practices culled<br />
from <strong>the</strong> data. There is no shame or blame game because of “failures,” instead <strong>the</strong>se are embraced as learning opportunities.<br />
There is a regular report to senior leadership that details high level success, challenges, and recommendations<br />
<strong>for</strong> moving <strong>for</strong>ward. Staff per<strong>for</strong>mance reviews incorporate how measurement is not viewed as an afterthought, but as<br />
part of an ongoing decision-making process that helps <strong>the</strong> organization continuously improve its programs.<br />
