The <strong>HSE</strong> Bulgaria subsidiary was established in 2007 with the aim of expanding electricity<br />
trading to SE European markets. Due to changes in legislation, at the end of 2012, <strong>HSE</strong><br />
started the procedures for acquisition of trading licence for Bulgaria. At the beginning of<br />
2013, <strong>HSE</strong> launched the activities for voluntary liquidation of <strong>HSE</strong> Bulgaria.<br />

In June 2010, <strong>HSE</strong> BH was established in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, with the<br />
purpose of electricity trading in the country, since the Bosnian legislation requires a legal<br />
entity to be registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina in order to obtain licences for electricity<br />
trading in and outside the country.
