5.3 Introduction to the preparation of
consolidated financial statements
The financial part of consolidated financial report comprises consolidated financial
statements and accompanying notes for the HSE Group (hereinafter: ‘the Group’).
On the basis of the decision of the Capital Assets Management Agency of the Republic of
Slovenia (AUKN RS) as the founder’s representative as at 29 November 2010, the Group
has prepared its financial statements and accompanying explanatory notes in accordance
with IFRS as adopted by the EU, since 1 January 2011.
The audit firm Deloitte revizija d.o.o. has audited the consolidated financial statements
with explanatory notes and prepared the Independent Auditor’s Report included at the
beginning of the section.
