4.3 Introduction to the preparation
of financial statements
On the basis of the decision of the Capital Assets Management Agency of the Republic
of Slovenia (AUKN RS) as the founder’s representative as at 29 November 2010, since 1
January 2011 the company has prepared its financial statements and accompanying
explanatory notes in accordance with IFRS as adopted by the EU.
The audit firm Deloitte revizija d.o.o. has audited the financial statements with explanatory
notes and issued the Independent Auditor’s Report included at the beginning of this
chapter.
