3.1.2 Employees in the <strong>HSE</strong> Group<br />
At the end of 2012, the <strong>HSE</strong> Group had 3,900 employees, which is 81 employees more than<br />
on 31 December 2011. In 2012, the PV Group comprised also the company Golte which was<br />
consolidated for the first time.<br />
The most significant drop in the number of employees (13) occurred in the company TEŠ,<br />
followed by TET (11), SENG (4), <strong>HSE</strong> (3) and <strong>HSE</strong> Balkan Energy (1). The biggest increase<br />
in the number of personnel in 2012 was registered in the PV Group, due to consolidation<br />
of the company Golte and increased volume of production, which depends also on<br />
engagements on current projects.<br />

The employee education structure of the <strong>HSE</strong> Group has been improving over the years. In<br />
comparison with the previous period, the number of employees with VI level of education<br />
increased the most (by 6%), followed by VII level of education (4%) and VII and IX level<br />
(1%). The number of employees with V level of education decreased once again.<br />
