Transfer rates are inclusive of insurance, 3% common carrier’s tax and toll fees. Waiting period will be<br />
additional P400.00/hr for the cars or P 500.00/hr for the vans.<br />

Notes: Drop and Pick-up rates in some areas are available upon request.<br />
NAIA PASS:<br />
Must be provided by the <strong>Philippine</strong> <strong>Retirement</strong> Agency. PRA will issue RMGP Transport a certificate to be print, laminated and<br />
must be posted to the vehicle that will be use.<br />
BAGAGES AND LAGUAGES<br />
Client must declare how many bag gages and languages he/she has, upon confirmation of the flight details.<br />
RESERVATIONS<br />
Reservations can be made via telephone or email. It must be made at least 2 days before the rental and should have a<br />
confirmation by of any RMGP “Counter Representative. No confirmation number, no booking. RMGP is not liable to any<br />
reservation without confirmation.<br />
CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION: Cancellation of reservation must be made one (1) day before the reservation. Failure to do so<br />
50% of the rental rate will be charge to the renter; in regards to PRA, they are not liable to any cancellation charges but must<br />
provide a written explanation signed by the authorized representative of the company and be submitted to RMGP Transport.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS for SELF DRIVEN and CHAUFFEUR DRIVEN<br />
RENTAL PERIOD<br />
For Self Driven Rentals: Daily rate is for a 24 hours rental and each hour beyond the said period will be charge at 1/3<br />
of the daily rate. In excess of 3 hours, a day’s rental is applied. Rates are unlimited mileage within LUZON Island<br />
only.<br />
If operated outside LUZON ISLAND and/or vehicle will be shipped:<br />
Renter shall seek approval from RMGP prior to the shipment of the leased vehicle/s and shall bear the cost of all<br />
freight charges including Marine Insurance. Renter shall then provide RMGP with a copy of the Marine Insurance.

Renter and its Drivers shall be jointly liable for any losses, damage, claims and expenses for bodily, injury, death or<br />
property damage, including damage caused by arising from the use of the leased vehicles in violation of the<br />
foregoing restrictions.<br />
Note: Rates are subject to change without prior notice.<br />
RENTAL EXTENSION<br />
The rental extension should be advised immediately and additional pre-payment or credit authorization be made<br />
should the renter decide to extend the rental beyond the previously agreed return date and time. Failure to do so<br />
would mean the renter is in violation of the terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement and is renting the vehicle<br />
without insurance. A surcharge of $10 (P 200.00) shall be added to overdue rentals until the proper rental extension<br />
is made.<br />
TERMS OF PAYMENT<br />
A deposit is equivalent to 140% of the estimated rental charge and is payable prior to the release of the vehicle and<br />
the final adjustments to be made upon completion of rental for individual clients.<br />
RMGP accepts cheque or Cash for Individual or Corporate Accounts. Cash payment for the Drop-off and Pick-up (or<br />
Transfer in and Transfer out) rentals only.<br />
For Corporate that has a credit line with RMGP - Send Bill. Renter must submit Purchase Order or Letter Order as<br />
proof of Rental.<br />
TAX<br />
A 3% Common Carriers Tax will be levied on all charges except for fuel.<br />

INSURANCE<br />
All rates include Third Party Liability in accordance with the laws of the <strong>Philippine</strong>s and terms of the rental contract.<br />
PARTICIPATION FEE<br />
Renter must not leave the scene of accident until the police arrive and police report is obtained. RMGP rental outlet<br />
must be notified immediately or within 24 hours. For Self Drive Rental, renter shall be liable for the first P 5,500.00<br />
for 1.3-1.6 units, Van/SUV / 4x2 P 20,000.00, 2.0 liters and 4X4 P 30,000.00 for insurance participation per incident.<br />
Participation fee does not apply when the driver involved is provided by RMGP.

IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS<br />
Foreign Renter- Recognized full and valid driver’s license foreign or local, passport and/or plane ticket. An<br />
International Driving Permit (IDP) will be required of a renter holding a license in non-Roman Alphabet format.<br />
AGE REQUIREMENT<br />
Renter and driver should at least be 25 years old and not more than 60 years old.<br />

LOSS KEYS<br />
A fine of US$25.00 will be charge for failure to return car keys if within M.Manila, outside M. Mla as per destination.<br />
Rate for drop and pick –up will apply.<br />
DELIVERY /COLLECTION/REQUEST FOR CHAUFFEUR<br />
Delivery and collection of your car can be arranged as well as request for a chauffeur and a fee may apply. RMGP<br />
Chauffeur service is good for 10 hours only. In excess of 10 hrs additional fee/s will apply.<br />
RMGP is not responsible for any loss or damage to any property carried in or on the car.<br />
RMGP reserves the right to refuse any request for rental to persons who, in the position of RMGP constitutes a<br />
risk.<br />
Chauffeur Driven: Chauffeur driven without fuel, the service covers up to maximum of Ten (10) continuous hours<br />
daily within the City limit only. In excess of Ten (10) hours additional fee shall apply per hour (P 150.00/hr).<br />
Out of Town Fee:<br />
An additional fee will be charge of US$ 5.00 per day or P200.00 in peso.<br />
PARKING/TOLL FEES/TRAFFIC FINES/FUEL/DRIVER’S AND ACCOMMODATION<br />
Responsibility of the renter.
