The Chandigarh Administration has issued notification U/s 6 of the Land
Acquisition Act, 1894 vide no. 43/3/12-UTFI(5)-2009/1538, dated 17/03/2009 that
the land measuring 20K- 3M in Village Makhan Majra (Raipur Kalan), Hadbast
No. 371, UT, Chandigarh, for public purpose namely “for the approach road
leading to Garden Centre”.
The undersigned has issued notices under Section 9 of the Land
Acquisition Act on 21/07/2009 to the affected persons/ owners individually, which
are to be heard on 20/08/2009 at 10:00 AM.
All concerned owners/
shareholders/ affected persons are hereby, informed that they may file their
objection(s) regarding right of ownership, classification of land and compensation
thereof, either in person or through their counsel on 20/08/2009 at 10:00 AM in
