2X Taq Master Mix is a specially formulated for quick and convenient amplification<br />
of genomic and cDNA templates. This ready-to-use mixture is provided as a 2X<br />
solution that is stable and contains all the reaction components except primers and<br />
template DNA. It is suitable for all routine DNA amplification applications and TA<br />
cloning.<br />
Max Taq DNA Polymerase is a modified and optimised thermostable enzyme<br />
blend containing Taq DNA Polymerase, Pfu DNA Polymerase and enhancing factors. It<br />
exhibits 3` to 5` proofreading activity, resulting in considerably higher amplification<br />
fidelity than possible with unmodified Taq DNA Polymerase. MaxTaq is ideal for critical<br />
templates, such as those containing GC-rich regions, palindromes or multiple repeats.<br />
