Inputs/outputs are numbered starting at 0. Consequently, the first input will be I0 and, accordingly, the first output will be O0. In models EGW1-XX4C-IA-MB I/O terminals may be configured as Inputs or Outputs depending the needs. This configuration is done in a hardwired manner changing the jumpers accordingly. In figure 5 is shown the jumpers detail for the 4 terminals. To access this jumpers open the EGW1-MB case and pull out. Out J 8 3 2 1 0 To make a terminal an output: short-circuit the jumper “Out” of that terminal, with the common pin (middle). To make a terminal an input: short-circuit the jumper “In” of that terminal, with the common pin (middle).
