You must complete this section if you are applying for a derivative <strong>residence</strong> <strong>card</strong> on <strong>the</strong> basis that<br />

you are <strong>the</strong> child of an EEA national who was a worker in <strong>the</strong> <strong>UK</strong> at a time when you were resident<br />

in <strong>the</strong> <strong>UK</strong>, and you are currently in education in <strong>the</strong> <strong>UK</strong>. You must also complete sections 8-11.<br />
