Pied Piper
brings it!

The Pied Piper Pub on Meeker in
downtown Kent is a long, narrow bar
with the dart room way in the back.
Getting there requires some
navigation of the multitudes of bodies,
turning shoulders this way and
that, sliding through the crowd. Once
in the dart room, there’s more room
to stretch out. Four dart boards line
the easterly wall, with room for two
more. Pied Piper’s owner, Bobby says
they’re considering bringing in those
two boards soon if things continue the
way they’ve been going.
Since taking over the dart coordinating
responsibility at the Pied Piper,
Miles Norman has injected the bar
with a surge of fresh faces and eager
dart enthusiasts. He’s still building
The staff seems a bit surprised by
the sudden growth of the darts since
Miles’ insertion, but they do a good job
of getting to everyone in the room on
a timely basis.
Bobby says the pizzas are the
bomb here, and served up until 1am,
along with the rest of the menu, if
there’s a demand. They’ve put an
emphasis on the food, which is good
quality and well-priced.
Pied Piper is proud to hold the 6th
highest team-count for leagues in the
area at 16. Quite an achievement after
having just started with Medalist.

rite. They’re pulling in a regular 12+
teams every Saturday for the Parity

These Parity Draw tournaments
have been gaining steam over the past
several months. The bars are really
pushing these in hopes of creating
excitement for darts again, and growing
the sport.
