Son yıllarda, İspanya mutfağı, uluslararası düzeyde önde gelen
gastronomik tarzlardan birisi olarak öne çıkmıştır. Burada birçok
iyi restoran bulabilirsiniz ve İspanyol şeferi dünya çapında
üne sahiptir. İspanyol mutfağı; coğrafi, kültürel ve iklimsel
farklılıklardan kaynaklanan çok çeşitli yemeklere sahiptir. En
ünlü yemekler: paella, tortilla, gazpacho, tapas (soğuk veya sıcak
mezeler). Kıyı kesimlerinden gelen ve birçok lezzetli yemeğin
hazırlanmasında kullanılan balık, molüsk ve kabuklu deniz
canlılarını da içeren çok çeşitli deniz ürünleri de mevcuttur. Ama
İspanya’nın kesinlikle en ünlü ürünü jamón’dur (jambon). İki çeşit
jambon vardır: serrano ve iberico. Bunlardan birincisi kuru
terbiye edilmiş jambon olup Landrace cinsi beyaz domuzdan
yapılır ve siyah İberya domuzundan yapılan çok daha pahalı ve
tamamen farklı Jamon Ibérico ile karıştırılmamalıdır.
İspanya’nın bütün bölgelerinin kendisine has spesiyalitesi
(Atlantic climate) and south (Mediterranean climate) of Spain, and
Canarian Islands (Subtropical climate). Except the north of Spain,
it is mostly sunny all year round. Spain is famously a summer
destination, for the people who enjoy the beach and the sea.
So, it is always depending on what type of tourism each prefer.
Spring and autumn (in winter it´s a bit cold and summer it´s
too hot) it´s a good time to come to visit Madrid. Barcelona is
sunny during 300 days a year, but the climate is humid, that is
why during the summer it can be very hot. Summer is a great
time to visit Balearic Islands and enjoy its gorgeous nature and
beaches.
Canary Islands is a touristic destination all year round, as it is
almost the same climate during all the seasons.
Because of the heat of Spanish summers, many businesses
close and Spaniards go on vacations. This is especially the case
in Madrid and Seville. This means you'll find that many of the
best restaurants and bars are closed. There are also fewer art
exhibitions and special events because there's no one there to
see them! In winter, everything is open and there will be plenty
to do. Apart from beach and water activities, there's little you can
do in the summer that you can't do in the winter.
What and where should we eat in your country
Over the last years Spanish cuisine has established its position
as a leading gastronomic style at an international level. Here
you can find many good restaurants, and Spanish chiefs are
famous worldwide. Spanish cuisine consists of a variety of
dishes, which stem from differences in geography, culture and
climate. The most famous dishes: paella, tortilla, gazpacho,
tapas(cold or warm snacks). There is also a great variety of
seafood, including fish, mollusc and crustaceans from the coast
areas, which are used in the preparation of many delicious
dishes. Definitely, the most famous product from Spain is
jamón (ham). There are two types of ham: serrano and iberico.
The 1st one is a type of dry-cured ham, made from the Landrace
breed of white pig and is not to be confused with the much more
expensive and entirely different Jamón Ibérico, made from black
iberian pigs.
Each region of Spain has its specialty: the best paella you can

İspanyol ekonomisinin en büyük sorunu, %25 ile Avrupa Birliği
içerisindeki en yüksek oranda olan işsizlik sorunu; %50’nin
de üzerinde olan genç insanlar arasındaki işsizlik oranına bakıldığında
bu sorunun büyüklüğü daha iyi anlaşılıyor.

da yaz tatili ziyaretçileri olduğu kadar kültürel ve/veya tarihi
amaçlı turizm için eşsiz olanaklara sahip olması etkili oluyor.
İspanya, 2012 yılında yeniden resesyona girdi ve ekonomi 3 çeyrek
boyunca eksi büyüme kaydetti; Hükümet, başta vergi artışları
ve harcamalarda kısıntıya gitmek gibi halkın hoşuna gitmeyen
kararlar alıyor ve bunlar da toplumda bir muhalefet yaratıyor.

Could you give us a brief profile of the economy in Spain What
are the pillars of the economy
Spain and been specially hit by the world economic crisis, due to
its excessive dependence on the real state in the decade prior to the
crisis. The biggest single problem for the Spanish economy now is the
level of unemployment which at 25% is the highest in the European
Community, and is even worse looking to the unemployment rate
between young people which is higher than 50%.
Spanish economy is now based in tourism, based in great
conditions both for summer vacation visitors, as well as for
cultural and/or historical interests.
Spain is again back into the recession area in 2012, driven by
3 quarters of negative growth, and the Government is taking
unpopular decisions, mainly based in tax increases and expenses
reduction, which are creating a significant social opposition.
What are your impressions about Turkey and investment
environment in Turkey as the executive of an international
company having investments in Turkey
