YOİKK Hakkında
Yatırım Ortamını İyileştirme Koordinasyon Kurulu 2001
yılında yatırım ortamını iyileştirme reform programı kapsamında
kuruldu.
Kamu ve özel sektörün bir araya gelerek yatırım ortamını
iyileştirmek üzere 10 teknik komite altındaki konu başlıkları
çerçevesinde çalışmalar yaptığı bir platform.
YASED; TOBB, TİM ve TÜSİAD ile birlikte platformun üyesi
olan 4 sivil toplum kuruluşundan biri.
2011 yılında Bakanlar Kurulu Prensip Kararı ile çerçeve,
usül ve esasları yeniden belirlendi.
Her yıl belirlenen ve takvime bağlanan eylem planlarının
gerçekleştirilmesine yönelik olarak özel sektörün
de görüş ve katkıları ile kamu kurumları ile ortak çalışmalar
yapılıyor.

Coordination Council for the Improvement of the
Investment Environment
• Established within the framework of the reform
program for the improvement of the investment
environment in 2001
• A platform where the public and private sectors
come together to work under 10 technical
committees for the improvement of the investment
environment
• YASED is one of the 4 business associations which
are members of the platform along with TOBB,
TÜSİAD and TİM.
• The platform was restructured in 2011 with a
Council of Ministers Decree.
• Joint works for the realization of action plans are
carried out with contribution and proposals from
the private sector together with public authorities.
• Elektronik haberleşme şebekelerinde kullanılan her türlü
baz istasyonu, anten, kule, dalga kılavuzu, konteynır ve benzeri
araç, gereç ve tesisatın kurulması, bunların taşınmazlar
üzerine yerleştirilmesine ve bu tesislerin ortak kullanımına
ilişkin usul ve esasların gözden geçirilerek ilave düzenlemeler
yapılması
• Yenilenebilir enerji alanında yerli ekipman üretimini teşvik
eden uygulamada yerli tanımı vb. hususlarda usul ve esasların
netleştirilmesi
• Hidroelektrik santrali (HES) yatırımcılarının aynı nehir
üzerinde yer almaları nedeniyle birbirlerine bağımlı olduğu
havzalarda paydaşların ortak çıkarlarının korunabileceği yapılanmanın
oluşturulması
• Enerji ve tabii kaynaklar alanında yatırımcıların ihtiyaç
duyduğu ve yatırım konusunda karar sürecini etkileyecek
bilgi envanterinin hazırlanması.

to enable the maximum capacity utilization in the ports
• Installing all kinds of base stations, antennas, towers, wave
guides, containers and similar devices and equipment used in the
electronic communication networks, reviewing the procedures and
principles regarding the incorporation of these equipment on the
immovables as well as the common usage of these facilities, and
making additional regulations
• Clarifying the procedures and principles on the issues of the
definition of the term “local” etc. in the implementation encouraging
the local equipment production in the field of renewable energy
• Creating the structure where the common interests of the
stakeholders can be protected in the basins that the hydroelectric
power plant investors are dependent on each other due to the
reason that they are located on the same river
• Preparing an information inventory that the investors in the field
of energy and natural resources require and to impact the decision
process about the investment
