Company History<br />
1973<br />
Ben Barry establishes <strong>Twin</strong> <strong>City</strong><br />
<strong>Fan</strong> Company. Before starting<br />
<strong>Twin</strong> <strong>City</strong> <strong>Fan</strong>, Mr. Barry was the<br />
founder of Barry <strong>Blower</strong> Co.<br />
1976<br />
Due to rapid growth, TCF<br />
opens a new manufacturing<br />
facility in Minneapolis, MN, to<br />
keep up with demand.<br />
<strong>Twin</strong> <strong>City</strong> <strong>Fan</strong> Companies, Ltd.<br />
1988<br />
TCF introduces an axial fan<br />
product line and opens a new<br />
facility in Mitchell, SD, to<br />
accommodate manufacturing.<br />
1993<br />
TCF acquires Aerovent, a<br />
premier industrial axial fan company<br />
established in 1926. TCF opens a new<br />
manufacturing facility in<br />
Aberdeen, SD.<br />
2002<br />
TCF acquires Holland Industries, an<br />
aluminum foundry in Davenport,<br />
Iowa, and begins manufacturing<br />
their own hubs and propellers.<br />
TC Holland is formed.<br />
NADI<br />
2004<br />
TCF enters into a 50%<br />
partnership with NADI Air<br />
Technics in India, expanding<br />
their global footprint.<br />
TCF Nadi is formed.
