New Hymnal Dedication Project
Dear St. Anthony Parish Family ~
With the implementation of the Roman
Missal at the end of November, our
current green Gather hymnals are
going to be replaced with a revised,
updated version.
We are pleased to offer to the Parish an
opportunity to dedicate one or more of
these hymnals themselves, in honor of,
or in memory of a loved one.

Hymnal Plaques ~ More information…
A $25.00 donation per hymnal will provide one dedication plaque,
which will be affixed to the inside front cover of the hymnal. The
hymnal will then be placed in the Church for use by the Parish. If
you wish to honor or remember more than one person, you are
encouraged to donate more than one hymnal.
Hymnals may be dedicated in any one of the following ways; please
check the desired dedication option(s):
To ensure complete accuracy in spelling, please print all names
clearly. Thank You!

This Hymnal has been provided to our Parish by
We will be able to accept cash or checks (please make checks
payable to “St. Anthony of Padua” with a reference to “Hymnal
dedication” on the check memo section). All proceeds will be used to
defray the cost of the hymnals and benefit the Liturgical and Music
Ministries of our Parish. The amount of the donation will be
forwarded to our Parish Financial Department for your annual
stewardship records.
If you are interested in dedicating one or more hymnals, please

along with your payment.
