<strong>THE</strong> WEEKLY MASK<br />

Masking on a weekly basis can be incredibly relaxing and also<br />

good for your skin. There are masks in every price range on the<br />

market and as simple to use as a tub of yoghurt. In a nutshell<br />

masks re-hydrate your skin or if you have oily skin, soak up the<br />

excess oil and tighten up the pores. Moreover, they provide 20<br />

minutes of sheer relaxation.<br />

CLAY MASKS<br />

These are often used to clean out the pores especially around<br />

the nose that can contribute to blackheads. You want to keep<br />

these pores clean, so that they don’t stretch. The larger the<br />

pores, the more room for oil to get trapped in.<br />

OILY SKIN MASK<br />

As an option to the market products, you might want to try Milk<br />

of Magnesia. It’s just as effective and magnesium is known for<br />

its disinfecting properties. It works wonders on absorbing oil.<br />

BODY MASKS<br />

The rest of your body can also benefit from a mask – especially<br />

your back. A mask can be applied with a back sponge or if<br />

someone is around to help, smear it on.<br />

Leave the mask on for 10 minutes, then wash off under the<br />

shower. .<br />
